Berlin Property Market Awakens

The German property market is looking likely to turn into one of the hottest property markets in Europe and Berlin is seeing an upsurge of investors keen to get on to the real estate market.

In many ways this is similar to the council housing boom of the 1980’s when the property market increased dramatically.
